2 Chronicles 6:13

  13  Solomon had made a bronze platform 5 cubits long, 5 cubits wide and 3 cubits and placed it in the middle of the outside yard. Then he stood on the platform and kneeled in front of all the people of Israel who were gathered together. Solomon spread his hands out toward the sky.
